It was time for the Engineer to have quality time with Dad. 
He asked to go to Joshua Tree.


They hiked five miles with no one to slow them down or vie for attention.

Love that little muscle! And walking 5 miles at his age?! Wow! I don't think I could do that at age 7 or 8!
