Every third trimester (to date) has inspired a "nesting" project. (I really hate that word but don't have an adequate replacement.) Angela's is refreshing the boys' room.
Most of our walls are painted cream/yellow with almond trim -- not horrible, but also not clean-looking. I didn't even notice it until I was here all the time. You can see the contrast in the photo below (hallway + door = existing colors; bedroom = new colors):
The Hubs tells me that he is "too left-brained" to notice the almond quandary. Nonetheless, he's letting me run with this project and even cut the power to the room and removed the blades from the ceiling fan to get me started.

Yes! We are still choosing between shades of purple.
