We have eight godchildren between us and five goddaughters. Only one of mine lives close enough to do this. We had a lovely time.
The resort was more fun than the ice show, which was just too cold to enjoy. It's been a while since I've experienced 9 degrees with a wind-chill. This day was about 65.
I think this one is a natural diplomat. She's a smart leftie, who has a penchant for making smaller people smile.
"If I lived in this house, I would never leave. It's so peaceful." We were grateful for the opportunity to do something that would really be enjoyed by this soon-to-be 7 year old.
