This song carried me through Covid lockdown and my hospital stay. Sweet Pea says, "Hey! It's mommy's song!" when it's played at church. Our parish plays it far too slowly -- like a dirge. (Facepalm.) But, here we have a beautiful rendition. It turns out that it is of Irish origin, perhaps why I feel understood when they play it, haha.
