He doesn't look like a child to me anymore. He looks like a boy who's growing up. You can almost see him in 20 years in the first picture. His worries are man-sized. So are his dreams.
He loves to ask, "What will happen if..." followed by the most outlandish thing you can think. For example, "What would happen if I had a big hole of blood the size of my belly? Would I have to go to the doctor?" He follows it up with another such outlandish question, presumably to keep the conversation going. Regardless of motive, he's extremely curious.
He is always thinking. Sometimes he laughs out loud in silence and then has to explain what he was thinking about that was so funny.
