My sister, Julie, is in town with us this week. We took her out to Gadsby's Tavern, the famous spot frequented by George Washington & Co. It was a delightful night, complete with 18th-century decor, service, food and furnishings.
I really do love the table settings and candlelit room! Ambience is everything.
True to the period, they did not have skim milk. But they did somehow have a massive bottle of Tabasco sauce for Rich.
Isaac was pretty well-behaved. Not so well behaved that we got a decent photo of him.
I am excited to work on photography again. I finished my grocery budget and somehow managed to save $40 this week! More on that later...
