Getting Older, But Still A Boy
This one is getting so big! He's almost as tall as my shoulder. Each week that passes, his vocabulary and sentence structure improves. I'm confident he will surpass me. But, there are moments like these when I'm reminded that he's still just a boy.
The second, top, front tooth is also loose.
He built an aircraft carrier on our dining room table. It took a long time to get all the tape off the table; but I have the pictures to remember the good parts!

We've long needed to add some age-appropriate board games to our Hasbro collection. So far, we've avoided Candy Land and Chutes and Ladders; but I'll admit the 3- and 2-year-olds can't handle Sorry and Trouble. Just too slow-moving for them!

Boy 1: Sleeps, stares off into space, looks increasingly like an Auschwitz victim until he's better.
Boy 2: Pants, lots of dramatic breaths, groans, "I can't breathe easily! I can't move my body. I can't even move my leg!"
(Now I know why someone invented the term "man flu.")
