My co-chair, probably the easiest person I’ve ever worked with who was also productive. Zero drama. The best kind of woman.
A former auxiliary president bought me a smoothie.
Not gonna lie, I appreciate the recognition! Our rector was also incredibly grateful. We are likely to hit our goal in large part due to my pounding the pavement. The laity in general solicited 150% over last year.
We headed out to Happy Hour at the stroke of 3pm. This event which I co-chaired represents over 100 volunteer hours. DH supported me taking on the role; but we were both ready for a cocktail afterwards!

The Golden Boys sit me down every Monday for a half hour and read each piece of homework they did the previous week. This is one of many sweet things I get to hear.
