"Stuck!"
Thursday, April 27, 2017
This is how she feels about having her hair back. She says "stuck!" in frustration while trying to remove the band. (Also, #2 dumped #4's medicine down the drain. For the record, insurance doesn't cover replacements for medicines dumped down the drain.) Hence, she's holding the empty medicine dropper. Good times all around! :)

Sweet Moment
Monday, April 24, 2017
Sometimes I still can't believe that I have four children not yet in Kindergarten. The time has been both easier and harder than I anticipated. Regardless of difficulty, it's going by quickly! By September, we will have two kids in school and only "the babies" at home. I'm trying to enjoy these moments and am so grateful that our children have friends for life!
Six Months of Mr. Serious!
Monday, April 17, 2017
The nurse said that six months is her favorite age because babies are interactive but not getting into everything yet. He has been sooooo pleasant, smiling at everyone. He's trying to talk a bit too. He has both of his bottom front teeth and is working on the top front teeth now.
I still have to make ridiculous faces at him to get the big, adorable smiles. Recently, we were chatting on the reversible camera. He looked at the camera, then at me, then at the camera. It was the cutest thing. He pulled out his serious eyebrows while trying to figure it out. <3
He's growing well! Here are his stats:
Height: 26.5", 42nd %
Weight: 15.5 lbs., 13th %
Head Circumference: 17.8", 93rd %
His previous checks are here: Birth, 2 Weeks, 1 Month, 2 Months, 4 Months. He's been moving so much! Here are some typical moments of his days:

Remember not the events of the past,
the things of long ago consider not;
See, I am doing something new!
Now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?
In the wilderness I make a way,
in the wasteland, rivers.

Engineer Trip with Dad
Saturday, April 15, 2017
The Engineer went on a much-needed trip with his dad to Michigan three weeks ago. He enjoyed a lot of quality time with Grandpa and Grandma.
He had a nice bonfire and roasted marshmallows and stayed with his Auntie. He talks about it and asks to return each weekend. <3
