Thanksgiving 2017

We used Honey Baked Ham again for Turkey breast, mashed potatoes, and stuffing. Theresa and I made pies and cranberry relish. We used the time not-cooking to visit with our Wisconsin family members. Theresa's birthday fell on Thanksgiving this year. So, we lit a pie.

He plays with his big brothers' toys while they are at school. This gives him a little high. I call it "fair game" if they haven't been put away.
He also started wagging his finger at me. In case you're wondering if he knows what he's doing at only thirteen-months-old, it was in the context of me blocking him from hurling himself down the steps. He pushed with all his might for several minutes, stopped in frustration, and wagged his finger at me. If you're still in doubt, he did it again while I tried to hold him in place while changing an enormous, poopy diaper.
He is constantly making us laugh and smile. <3
Three Day Workweeks!
Nothing will get me down this week -- not the clogged toilet or the broken hair dryer or the cold weather. We have a 3 day workweek. And everyone is expected to not-work on Thursday! (So, no work emails for DH!) Happiness!

Messing around in manual mode here (no filter):
She always drinks bath water:
Because he's cute:
This one has been super silly lately. I love him.
This one loves bringing things to mom. He wants to make this an evening tradition.
Sun always makes the short days so much better!
This one works with all the toys his brothers left out while they are at school. He is very, very fast.
I take shots in the morning and shots in the afternoon.

Thanks to Grandma and Aunt Roxane for watching the babies so we could take the boys to this!
Unveiling of the portrait:
More Michigan
DH introduced the boys to Ray's ridiculously cheap, homemade ice cream. We couldn't finish our "smalls."
Here the boys were vying for a lady's attention. They were telling crazy stories and rapidly escalating them to outdo each other.
Bangkok Cuisine lettuce wraps. Amazing. I've made these at home before, but never with seaweed wraps. I want to try that now!
Delicious tea. (It was snowing this night.)
Handsome man:
I love my kiddos!
