This year, I’m grateful for my mom’s generosity and reflecting on how one “yes” can bring about so much good!

I think about this event every day and am so grateful that the Lord gave me a second chance to be a good mother!

DH took me out and filled me with affirmations like he does. I’ve yet to meet a man who can shoulder all the things he does.
Everyone was far too generous to me as usual! The kids’ teachers helped them craft little gifts. Sweet Pea’s is missing because she kept taking it back because the frame beads kept falling off—and she’s a perfectionist with that type of thing. I received a lovely card from my mom (who is always thinking of her kids) the day before Mother’s Day.
From Pop Pop—thank you so much! I love the balance of healthy and indulgent in these fruit and chocolate arrangements.
We went to brunch even though it’s never perfect.
The only picture of me with all my kids.
I hosted a mom’s brunch for our school the week before:
This was the best one we’ve had in terms of people being relaxed and real. It was encouraging and strengthened our community.
Every mom was given a red rose after Mass; and a random lady handed me these after brunch. I spent all day with the kids. It was a wonderful day!
